The Teal Hatter

He tips his magnificent teal top hat to no one in particular and everyone all at once. His green locks peek out from beneath its brim like a secret the hat is trying to keep. The orange vest — worn boldly over a light blue shirt — suggests a man who has never once consulted a color wheel and is absolutely thriving because of it. He is the kind of character who arrives precisely when the story needs him, says something wonderfully cryptic, and disappears before anyone thinks to ask his name.
